Usage:
Cold Therapy:
1. For optimum results, place the mask in the freezer(-15 °C) for at least 30 minutes before use.
2. If the mask is too cold, place it into the supplied cover, then apply to use.

Hot Therapy:(Hot Water)
1. Immerse in hot water about 80 °C for about 8 minutes at room temperature.
2. Always avoid the mask contacting from the heat source directly. 3. Allow the heated eye mask to cool down to proper temperature before apply.

Caution:

To avoid frostbite or burn, always wrap into towel for use.
